The Natural Park of Doñana in Huelva is a reserve for much flora and fauna. It stretches for 50,720 hectares,and is found in the south west of the Iberian Peninsula ,crossing the provinces of Huelva and Seville. In 1994 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Many consider it to be the best ecological park in Europe.Many aquatic birds come here during the Winter and it is also home to such mammals as the very rare Iberia Lynx,many deer,and wild boar.The bird life is prolific and among them can be seen eagles,spoonbills,flamingos,and the sultana bird.There are also many species of reptiles.
